Well I don't have an exact number for you. But going by the number of people that always have their hands out, I suspect that it is a pretty high number.
Well, there exists an industry that is essentially people with no abilities or drive to make themselves useful to society. And they do get bailed out or stimulated all the time. You can basically call that a universal basic income for them.
Very funny. It would be funnier, however, if it wasn't skating so close to the razor edge of truth.
Perhaps not happening to jobs yet. Not to mention the unemployable don't want jobs, they just want a paycheck.
But it has already happened in rentals where income is not to be considered, and felonies can't be used for automatic rejection, and many places are closing the records about evictions so that evictees can find a place to live. Paying rent is no longer required. Don't pay rent and the landlord can't get you out.
