At the riders that are trying to be slipped into any bailout bill? Just one of them is tossing money to ACORN and others. These riders are one of the things that crashed the bill IMO. Why should we be forced to fund a political org with our money?
To add to this, is this money we'll have to pay back?

The bailout bill itself in its new incarnation is a rider. It's attached to an energy bill that's been languishing all year in the Senate.
