$750K x 3... hope it costs less than that to prosecute the guy (if the charges are true). I'm more amazed that it took 4 years for this to hit. Maybe it takes that long to build this kind of case?

They all do it. I bet that every person who becomes wealthy has broken many rules and laws to do it. They only get caught when they anger the wrong people.
SEC probably had to wait until after the election to see what "political will" there would be towards prosecution.
