$750K x 3... hope it costs less than that to prosecute the guy (if the charges are true). I'm more amazed that it took 4 years for this to hit. Maybe it takes that long to build this kind of case?

Mark Twain once said, "If Congress was in charge of aging, we'd all be young."

SEC probably had to wait until after the election to see what "political will" there would be towards prosecution.

Since the R's lost across the board, there is less cover for upper-end crooks.

They all do it. I bet that every person who becomes wealthy has broken many rules and laws to do it. They only get caught when they anger the wrong people.

Oh shut up. Have you been paying any kind of attention to the last decade? Do names like Enron, Tyco, Worldcom, Arthur Andersen, Adelphia, Global Crossing, Xerox, Refco, etc., ring a bell?

Take your partisan crap to the P&OC forum where it belongs.

We'll see. I'm trying my hardest to make it, and I don't break rules and laws to get there. So in 10 or 20 years if I make it I'll have an answer for you.
