Well it is looking more and more like we bottomed out and that October was full of what was a prediction of what was to come(i.e. job losses, auto industry, etc.) Will the Obama presidency resemble Clinton or Carter, time will tell.

I'm no professional when it comes to finance, but I believe we have bottomed. In fact, I've went from 40% down on the year to 40% up in just December! The bargains are amazing and people will regret not getting into stocks at these prices. Just do your homework and you will find your bargains. I'll give you one now...HUN...I GUARANTEE a 100% gain in this stock if you were to get in it today....but don't wait too long. Mark this post.

I've been buying...but nibbling 100 shares here and there. I'd still be careful, because when all these companies find out they can't meet their pension fund requirements next year there will be another 'correction' I think.

By the time someone on TV calls a bottom, the big money will have called it a couple months before.

Cramer has been calling bottom about once per month for the past year.

I say still no bottom in sight. I say that because all those banks/insurance/hedge funds companies have NOT COME CLEAN with the amount of debt they really have that we are covering via bailouts.

Until we know how much damage has been done to the financial system we don't know where we stand.
