Incomne tax refund after filing Chaper 7 (bankruptcy, lawyer, Michigan, North Carolina)

We filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy in MIchigan and it was dissmissed in 2008. We are getting ready to file our taxes. We moved to North Carolina for work. We would get a refund will we get one and to others that filed and them did taxes did you have to take anything about the bankruptcy with you when you had your taxes done. We are going to call the lawyer we used to ask this week but was concerned as it I just started to worry.
