At Citi's annual meeting, shareholders get angry - Yahoo! Finance (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/At-Citis-annual-meeting-apf-14987200.html?sec=topStories&pos=3&asset=&ccode= - broken link)

What's the point of a shareholder meeting, when there are so many shenanigans going on behind the scenes?

Why even hold a shareholder meeting, when your company got run into the ground, your stock is down 95%. Many of them surely know that the stock will never recover to where it once was.

Why do CEO's still get so much praise and respect when many are crooks and frauds? Isnt it just a big joke.
