Good lord, what do you have to do to get these people to leave you alone?!?!?!

I've done everything but threaten this guy with violence and he will NOT stop calling me and bugging me.

It doesn't help that I know far more about what he's selling and promoting than he does!

Grrrr!!!!!!!!!

Have you told him to take your number off his call list? Document the calls if you have or will and report him to your local attorney general or states attorney.

Good question.

I get to add another scamming debt collector to the list of those who are in the habit of making up phony debts and hoping I'll just hand over money like it's candy.

I know times are dicey, but really now...that's like five in the last half-year or so who don't think I keep up with my credit report and my finances. Another debt validation/cease and desist letter on the fax machine...

I had some guy call twice about a car loan I had financed in the last 24 months and was supposed to call because I had won a prize. What car loan? I guess they either get you to call a 1 800 number and you get stuck with a bill or they try to get you to pay for a handling fee for whatever prize they are going to send you.

Tell any Primerican to read their own annual reports before calling you back. You will never hear from them again, nor will their boss!
