I think starting around 10 AM would be good. I like the idea of a good break in the middle but maybe not two hours. Maybe a solid hour though. I feel like two hours pushes the second half of the day too late and would make it tempting to just wander off and skip the second half of the day.

9 am to 3:45 pm....it just seems like the best time range.

My 2nd option would be 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. / 2 hr break / 4:00 to 6:45 p.m.
