If she gets a canadian degree in physiology and pharmacology, would it be accredited in the US? Shes a full US citizen because she married me (a guy in the us army).

You have to be more specific. What level of degree does she have in each discipline?

If she has a degree in pharmacy, she would need to contact the STATE board of pharmacy in the state in which she wants to practice.
