"7-Year-Old Accused Of Possible Sexual Harassment For Kicking Boy In Groin"

According to the boy, he was defending himself on the bus against another boy choking him who wanted to take his gloves. The school calls that sexual harassment.

That's absolutely ridiculous IMO. I feel so sorry for kids that are being bullied nowadays because it has been made so difficult for them to fight back, not just in a physical sense but also verbally....and to me that is wrong. And I believe that encourages the bullies to continue to indulge in their nastiness.

IMO this ultra political-correctness has got to be some form of mild (social) insanity. How many peoples' lives are going to be severely affected, and possibly ruined, before something is done about it?? I know schools are afraid of being sued and have little money to deal with such an occurrence, but situations like these defy logic.
