How to pass a class? Do your work or master the objectives?

Hi,
I am not in favor of grading system.
Students don't take studies seriously they think they will get pass either they learn or not.
They don't understand that this grads can be earn only up to the 12th after this they will not get admission in any colleges if they don't secure A or A+.
