I wanna tutor Russian, which I'm a native speaker of, however I'm not a teacher so I don't know where to start in regards to materials, resources and the whole way of doing it. How would I go about tutoring kids? I could get illustrated books and this and that, but what kinda program do I need to develop? What other sources can I use? What about adults?
First, you would have to find out if there is a demand. Do any schools or colleges near you offer Russian as a subject? If so, contact the teacher there for suggestions.
There are also a bunch of new online tutoring services that are popping up left and right. Seems like the industry is moving to web cam based tutoring. Probably a small sector of the market at present, but worth checking out. Search google for online tutoring companies/websites.

It could be an option further down the line if you are successful want to further branch out
