How does time off work for employees that work in the administrative office? Obviously, they work during the summer, but do the get the same holidays off as the teachers? Or do they typically work spring and winter breaks?
It's going to depends on the district and the position. Some admin positions in our district follow the school calendar, they are there when the teachers are there (often when the students are not) some are 12 month positions and they have "normal" holidays off, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

Here they get the same holidays during the school year, but they do not get the summer off, nor the winter break.
