hello im deported from usa ,my wife has dual passport euro and usa, we are devorsed

so what im asking is my kid so wants to go to usa ,i mean kids life is usa,
anyway the problem is he needs to go to 9th grade in usa
but my wife says next year ,and its like 10yrs like that

how about the credit system ,if he comes in 10th grade he will need to get egzems or tests when he will graduate


my kid lives with he's grandma in europe , he doesnt live with me ,or my ex

so what to do ?

Who will he be living with in the US?

He can go to the Public HS where they live
He will have to take a English test, and be tested in other subjects. He might be put into English as a 2nd language class(es).
He will need to show thru transcripts and/or Accredited testing agency that he has passed the classes that are part of the graduation requirement, for classes he is transferring in.
