I frequently visit the site below to use a variety of math and language arts printables for my third graders. All their content is free, moreover they are quite comprehensive and very well organized. They serve preschool through fifth grade.
We use Symphony Math at school (for younger kids - think 1st grade) and also Reflex Math for fact fluency. Reflex is the favorite, kids get to earn coins to buy their person clothes/things/etc. For reading, Lexia Core5 is a wonderful tool. They require a payment but it is worth it.
