Default Do you do things to further your own adult education?

Meaning, after you finished high school or college, etc. do you still keep learning in a formal way? This could involve auditing classes at a college for personal interest, taking adult ed classes at a community center (like art, cooking, languages), taking lessons, reading in a structured way (reading list or book club), etc. If so, what do you do? Or, what would you like to do? If you don't do these things, what is keeping you from doing it (time, etc.)

I have a reading list, but I'd like to do something with it in a more structured way. I am the organizer of a book club, but so far we only have 1 or 2 members. I have a book called "The Well-Educated Mind" by Susan Wise Bauer that I'm starting to read--I think though it mainly focuses on a structured reading plan for classical works. I pretty much only read non-fiction.

I'm interested in anyone has read any good books/ resources about putting together a structured adult education program for personal use?
