People say that your school days are the best days of your life. Would you say that's true for you?

No. It would be if people went to school when they were older and could appreciate it. School is wasted on the youth. We should start children working from age 10 until 18. Then send them to school to show them how much is sucks working stupid jobs and how important education is to give you the freedom to do what you want.

HELL NO. They were the most miserable years of my life. I have never even entertained the thought of going to a high school reunion. There is nothing I care to be reminded of. For me, life started post graduation. I would say my 30's and early 40's were the best years of my life.

I worked from 18-25 and working convinced me that college was a good idea. I ended up getting my degree at 31.

I don't get how anyone can say this. The human brain is not even fully developed until people reach their early to mid twenties. It is impossible due to this basic physiological fact for the school days to be the best years of one's life.

I agree with this. For me no other age has come close to being as unpleasant as the 13 to 17 timeframe. I like how my brain chemistry has reached a nice level of consistency in adulthood.

They are usually referring to either College days or Elementary school days. SOMETIMES the last year of High School too.
Middle School and High Schools are known to be HELL for a huge percentage of people.
Personally: My college years and early Elementary years were the best.
