Given the circumstances, would 3 W's in one semester look bad if I want to get my DNP? (degree, GPA)

This semester, I decided that I wanted to switch my major to nursing from biomedical engineering, because I feel that I am definitely more passionate about the former. In order to have a realistic schedule while still working toward my new major, I withdrew from calc 3 and physics 2 (obviously not required for a BSN) and picked up two online courses required for the nursing degree that run through the second half of the semester. (with the subtraction/addition of classes, I now have 14 credits and work 35 hours/week on the side.)
So, now I have two W's for the semester. There is a BME specific course that I am still in that is worth 1 credit, and it's absolutely terrible and I am looking at a low B or maybe even a C as a final grade.
Would it be better to take a GPA hit and get a B or C, or simply withdraw and better my chances for a 4.0 this semester? I want to apply to get my DNP and a masters after I graduate.
