I honestly can't say I'd do anything different. I did everything I was supposed to do and, as a result, am in a very solid spot today. That said, I wouldn't like to re-live high school, but that's only because I didn't like everyone who was at my school.
It's a shame ti see how many regrets are expressed in this thread and how many people seem to have had a very unhappy high school experience.
Knowing what I know now, I probably would have tried a little harder academically, though I did pretty well anyway. But I could have done better. I would have been more outgoing, as I am now. I was more shy back then. I also would have started breaking some rules sooner, before e second half of 11th grade. I had a lot more fun once fear no longer constrained me from going outside the rules a bit. I learned that you can do whatever you want, as long as you're willing to take the consequences, and that was very liberating and a great life lesson when applied correctly.
I took Latin for two years, plus a semester each of French and Spanish. If I had it to do over again, I would take Russian, because I think we're going to need it.
Seriously, I quit school after the 11th grade to join the military, so I would probably finish HS next time around.
I would spend more time studying for the SAT and ACT. I would also strive to only get A's and B's in my classes. I only had a few C's in high school but it hurt my overall GPA.

You quit school after 11th grade. You could have (should have) skipped foreign language all together. Certainly of little use to you. Right?
Be a bad kid and end up taking the Boces bus to learn a trade. After I learned the trade I would drop out. I didn't learn anything useful in High School and sadly it was a waste of time for me.

Fortunately... I spent VERY little time in HS (~2 hrs / day), probably the SECOND BEST (EDU) decision in my life. Had to work 3 HARD jobs (each day) while in HS, ALL were FAR easier than Dairy Farm Boarding school (pre High School)
BEST (EDU) decision was to leave college enrollment 1/2 way through the briefing.
I later returned and achieved 5 degrees (all paid by my company), but I first spent 5 yrs in a skilled trades apprenticeship that was TOUGH. (academically and very abusive coworkers). That combination served me very well (skilled and professional jobs... (hint: skilled paid MUCH better (in Lifelong earnings, and practical Learnings!))
HS was a waste (academically and socially). Ironically, I went to 40 yr HS reunion (my first) and MANY were still stuck in HS... (sad).
There are a lot of things I would do different, but HS, I would have been much better to do without.
My own kids did FREE FT college instead of HS. That was / is a good choice for many! Pass a college entrance exam in grade 9 and kiss HS away! (in my state).
