I also remember when was in school so. The teacher said: Grades and marks are very important but After schooling, I realise marks are not important. Skill are, no matter how you good in your school if u don't have a skill you do nothing.

And 94 -100 Meant A+ when I was in School

That's a common teacher and parent line. And, to that, I ask, why then are grades not correlated with skill? If teachers graded accurately, then there should be no difference between focusing on learning vs focusing on grades.
