To be perfectly correct. The Oklahoma TAXPAYERS didn't approve it. The very very right-wing Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction approved it. Taxpayers had nothing to do with it.

It applies to the states by virtue of the Fourteenth Amendment. Any interpretation of it at all would suggest that the state is establishing a religion when it creates taxpayer funded religious schools. Is there something about that that isn't clear?

Happens on some apps, if you tap submit 2x (usually during slow connection or heavy traffic on C-D end.

Also happens when you hit 'back', then submit (again). Usually on phone app, never on web / PC app.
