As long as you qualified for and was eligible to graduate, then yeah, you did.
In all of my years since I graduated, not one person has asked for proof of me ever actually doing so.
Besides, a potential employer can find out whether or not you actually graduated, let alone which high school you attended with a simple background check.
The age of the internet.

They should mail you the diploma. At my high school graduation they didn't even hand out the diplomas at the ceremony. It was just a blank piece of paper and they mailed you the diploma later. If you have any doubt, call the school and get a copy of your transcript. You want to know what the colleges are going to see when you go to college.

It's really your transcript, not your diploma, that says you graduated. If you're unsure then, yes, contact your school and ask them to send you a copy.

My high school never distributed diplomas at graduation either, only the diploma cover. They also threatened us with holding our diploma back if we didn't attend graduation (unless we had a damned good reason not to be there).
IF you completed all the requirements and you were eligible to attend graduation, then you in all likelihood graduated. You can always contact the high school and ask them if you can pick up or if they can mail your diploma to you. Otherwise, an official transcript from the school is usually sufficient. Although, I actually have received requests for the diploma itself (not the transcript) from a handful of people for the first couple of years. Depends upon what you're doing.

You probably should pick up the diploma, although probably online records are out there that will let you get into college or prove to employers that you did graduate.
I "graduated" from high school like you did, skipped the ceremony since high school meant nothing to me - went on to an honors degree in Physics and a damn decent if not spectacular career in the oil field, now in nuclear power.

The transcript makes it official not the diploma... nice to have both in hand. Ceremony has nothing to do with it.

Yeah you graduated.. but if you want your diploma, you should probably try to get it NOW.
My high school didn't give out diplomas at graduation (just the cover) and only allowed for pickup for 2 hours the following week. I emailed my counselor to inform her that I was going to be out of town and couldn't get it and she said they'd email it to me. Never got it. I kept calling and they said they would send it but eventually I went to college out of state and never got my diploma. It's been 2 years and I'm still angry.
