Default Online Instruction

I'm interested in teaching online. Is there anyone out there that can provide any insight as to how to get started? In addition, could you make a recommendation?

The University of Phoenix is looking for online teachers, I think all you have to do it contact them. I think that is the same with some of the colleges that provide college courses online. Though I might be wrong . It wouldn't hurt to contact them and ask them.
