Default homeschooling and blind students

i have two topics.

does anyone have a blind student going to a normal school? i have a six year old and when we move to south dakota he is going to go to a normal school, not one special for blind and visual impaired students like now. how do your kids, people you know like it?

also does anyone have any experience homeschool there kids, how is it? why do you do it? how long have you been doing it? how many are you teaching? i have 3 kids now and 5 in about two weeks. they are 9, 6, and 4. we think we might homeschool are kids, not now, but maybe in like 3 years or so. dont know yet.

also we are going to be living in the spearfish area/rapid city area, so does anyone know any good homeschool places, like where we live now theres a homeschooling sports teams, field trips, not as a class but if you go to certain museums or amusement parks, it has a discount for homeschoolers, and get togethers, etc.

thanks a lot.
