Question Universities & Colleges with Special Ed. Programs?

Doing some literary and educational research and was wondering are there any colleges in the East or Midwest that offer special education undergraduate programs for students with special education needs.

Georgia Southern is supposedly known for their support of students with IEP or 504 plans. That's where my son enrolled, because it was highly recommended. Be aware that the college did not accept our documentation, they had to send it to the state board of regents for approval. At this point we are paying for additional testing, because the board turned him down. He has had an IEP since 3rd grade.
