I have 9 tortoises in my back yard with 3 different species. They are a joy to have and they hibernate thru the long winter months outside in the homes I have built for them. They come out every spring and suprise me when its feeding time because they come running for chow. If anyone needs to find a home for an unwanted tort, send me a note.....turtle power....

I love these guys! I've got 2 in my backyard and would like to have more. Does anyone know how I can adopt box turtles? Does anyone have box turtles that they wouldn't mind parting with? They will have a good home and well taken care of.
