simply put, hon -- when there is less of anything -- rain, people, money, whatever -- you respect it more. they need to figure out how to stop making babies so they'll have fewer people and thus respect human life more.

Let me make this bold. That might be the reason why you don't understand>>> Emmapeel, I understand "the english" just fine. Judging from your previous posts you are pretty adamant about your birth control preventing crime stance. If you had some proof/statistics backing up your idiotic statement then I would stand corrected. Otherwise, it is just a borderline-bigoted statement. Carry on!

I understand some people's concern about safety. I can honestly that the dental clinics in Juarez will make sure that you are well cared for. Going in a van is the best way but if you want to drive yourself the clinics are very close to the border. Everywhere there is risk and bad stuff can happen in the United States.

I would not go to Juarez for anything.. If you need cost effective dental care, Try PROJECT VIDA on Dyer behind Jack in the Box.

Before I read this, I would have said "maybe" but I don't know what this attack was about:

Hasty generalization - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
"Hasty generalization is a logical fallacy of faulty generalization by reaching an inductive generalization based on insufficient evidence— essentially making a hasty conclusion without considering all of the variables. In statistics, it may involve basing broad conclusions regarding the statistics of a survey from a small sample group that fails to sufficiently represent an entire population.[1] Its opposite fallacy is called slothful induction, or denying the logical conclusion of an inductive argument (e.g. "it was just a coincidence")."

If you look at the crime statistics for an area, you are looking at the rates for people who primarily reside there 24/7. Only strange places like Lake Buena Vista, FL have more tourists than residents. The attack on a bus was so novel and out of the ordinary that it made the news.

(folk story/joke flollows)
An astronomer, a physicist and a mathematician were holidaying in Scotland. Glancing from a train window, they observed a black sheep in the middle of a field.
"How interesting," observed the astronomer, "all Scottish sheep are black!"
To which the physicist responded, "No, no! Some Scottish sheep are black!"
The mathematician gazed heavenward in supplication, and then intoned, "In Scotland there exists at least one sheep where at least one side of which is black."
