I second that recommendation. It is still a very self-contained complex with no "through traffic" and good parking right at your door. There are also some smaller complexes below and to the south that aren't all that bad, but lack the spectacular views that King's Hill has.

Better visit first - kings hill was probably the best place on the west side in 1978 when Burt Reynolds mustache was in the tap was new.

Yes, I have a friend that lives there, his place is "long in the tooth". I do agree, the outside places have great views!

My recommendation for King's Hill is based on it being more "secluded" than many other rental complexes on the west side. Admittedly it's old and was one of those "easy to build" frame stucco places when it was new. Looked good "back then" but rather marginal construction. That doesn't mean it's not still quite livable, but as always, to each his own.
