Default Unexpected relocation soon...JOB?

My step father just passed away and I need to relocate back to El Paso to help take care of my mom. I hadn't planned on moving this soon and am asking if anyone has any leads on decent jobs in the area? I have started my job search via careerbuilder, monster, craigslist and the El Paso Times, but nothing has surfaced as of yet. I have a ton of executive management experience and a degree in IT. I will be in El Paso for 2 more days before I have to head back home. If anyone has any leads I would greatly appreciate the help.

Search Fort Bliss == > usajobs.gov, workintexas.com, cpol.army.mil, elpasotexas.gov, epcounty.com

It's definitely possible to land a good job here but it requires some patience

I would also check out Helen of Troy. One of the few non-government employers that pays competitive wages.

The schools and hospitals also have IT departments. I don't now how many good executive management jobs there are here. I would think a lot of management requires specification in the type of field. Maybe over in one of the maquilas they need management types.
