Doubt it. It's not like Chico's invented that dish. The dish comes from northern Mexico. Chico's just made it popular in El Paso. Ford can't sue Chevy for making a car. |

Well, if they copied the business formula of Chico's they may have a suit. Would be nice to have a lawyer on the forums tell us what rights they may or may not have.
Also the name is so similure, they may be able to be sued on that basis.. may be a benefitting off a established business, or misleading the public kinda thing.
But then again, I dont know.. I'm not a lawyer.
