this building holds alot of memories for me, my great grandma workrd there for 30 yrs, also it reminds me alot of this building in downtown san antonio, their almost identical

for a while it used to be a nightclub, right now i think its vacant.

that would be ideal, its a pretty descent size, and has a basement too, so it could contain, some pretty descent sized units.

This building on Stanton street use to be the old New Berry's Department store, sure would make some nice retail on the bottom floor and and some large spacious live in work lofts above.

I like those old buildings -- I kind of like the skyline just how it is -- with the mountains in the background, the downtown area looks very nice coming in from the East on I-10 at sunset. To me it's the right balance between buildings and mountain and sky. But then I'm not a huge city kind of person.
