for a while it used to be a nightclub, right now i think its vacant.

I like those old buildings -- I kind of like the skyline just how it is -- with the mountains in the background, the downtown area looks very nice coming in from the East on I-10 at sunset. To me it's the right balance between buildings and mountain and sky. But then I'm not a huge city kind of person.
