I remember this all too well. I was a youngster and a HUGE Brewers fan, living in Milwaukee, in 1988, I remember being all excited about Gary Sheffield, down in our Double A farm team (El Paso). He tore it up in EP.
I actually got to a Denver Zephyrs game (they were our Triple A team) and got to see Shef live and got his autograph.
Then he gets promoted to Milwaukee...the big club...and tanks it like a dog and has a real prima dona, bad attitude his whole time here.
Forever and ever, Sheffield will be a Public Enemy to Milwaukee area sports fans.
(But the card of him in a Diablos uniform is GREAT!).

If anyone has some suggestions of something that they would like photographed in El Paso, just let us know on here, and some of us might be able to get them.

My family will be moving to the El Paso/Fort Bliss area in October and I would like to see pictures of the Corregador Housing Area on post because that is where we'll be living. I'm wondering if we'll get a house with a view of the mountains or are the houses all butted up next to each other so that your backyard is next to someone else's backyard? Just wondering because I'm really looking forward to coming to the area and seeing the mountains and sunsets! Thanks for any imput you can give.

When the flame is red warmer weather is ahead. When the flame is blue no change is due .When the flame is gold colder weather is fore told.A flickering flame means probable rain.I have been gone now for 50 years but I remember E.P. fondly

For everyones information, the link I provided you for above does work, but I got an e-mail from the federal employee incharge of those cameras and he said he'll be out of the office till June 25, "typical federal employee" reminds me of me.
So stay tune and check again on 6/26.
