How'd i miss those photo's of Mountain Shadow Lakes before  . How sad as Mountain Shadow Lakes was da bomb back in the 80's !!!

I agree with you usmc that local Billionaire Paul Foster along with some of his friends should re-invest in Mountain Shadow Lake. It's a very nice area with the Hueco Mountains overlooking the lake, besides the area is much more populated than 25 years when it closed and growing. That is where most of El Paso's growth is!!
