The ice cream trucks in the Northeast still do it, but they use valentina. We used to buy hot cheetos or takis then pay a little bit extra (depending on the ice cream man) and would fill up out bag of hot cheetos or takis with valentina. Most of them also will fill up your bag with nacho cheese for 25-50 cents.

Can hot sauce give you ulcers? : Nutrition - MensHealth

Lots of guys smother foods with Tabasco, cayenne pepper juice, anything fiery. But when the heartburn comes at 4am, it begs one big question. Can you spice yourself to an ulcer? Relax. Researchers say spicy foods may cause stomach discomfort, but that there is no evidence that they cause ulcers.
Further, if you already have an ulcer, spicy foods can’t worsen it. Most ulcers can be blamed on a stomach bacteria, H. pylori. This bacteria has nothing to do with your food, so feel free to keep dousing your grub with liquid fire. Two concerns, though. Cut back if your heartburn persists and read the labels—some hot sauces are loaded with sodium. Lastly, use a breath mint after the meal, okay?
