I see that in El Paso/Horizon City, AT&T Fiber is just about everywhere. However, sometimes some houses (That are on the market for sale I mean) don't have it.

Is AT&T continuing to expand their footprint or should I expect that if a house doesn't have it, it will stay that way?

Particularly I've noticed a house (says El Paso address but I believe it is Horizon City) on a street where several houses on the street have it but the one for sale does not, even though the entire street behind it does and even the house two doors down has it AND even the house next door has it!! (AND the house for sale is a corner lot, but the house on the same street on the other side of the crossing street has it) Just not the house for sale. So it is literally surrounded by houses that have AT&T Fiber available, but the house for sale does not have it available. In fact it says no AT&T services avail at the address. Keep in mind the neighbors are very close to each other.

13598 Harbottle St, El Paso, TX 79928 is the address of the house in question. You can see how close the next door and rear neighbors are.

If having fiber is really important, should I avoid buying this house or is it a safe assumption that if just about the entire area/subdivision has it except for a few isolated houses on one street, that it will get it in the next 6 months?

It will drive me up the wall if I were to purchase this house at AT&T said "Sorry, even though your next door neighbors have it, and the house behind you has it, you can't get AT&T Fiber ever." I can't have that happen.

It doesn't even make sense that AT&T Fiber wouldn't be available to this home if it is avail to all of the immediate neighbors. They can just run a line to this house, correct?

Thanks!!
