They're DEAD compared to Cielo Vista! A friend used to manage claire's and he told us that they had the Number 2 Claire's in the entire country because of how much money that mall makes. That's why they feel it has to be in the Farah site. Sunland Park Mall?? Always deserted! I live on the west side and we prefer mom and pop shops...just like Austinites.
Not trying to be rude but...

LMFAO @ "Cielo Vista Mall being one of the top malls in the country"!

I ALMOST DROPPED DEAD THAT WAS SO FUNNY!

and we have the NUMBER 2 CLAIRES in the ENTIRE country! WOW! LMAO hardly something to write home about haha!

El Paso's retail market is so lame.

Sunland Park Mall had one of those dollar stores for a while. I think it's gone now.

High end mall for a low income town, but the wealthy Juarez will shop there? Bizarre.

I'd learn toward middle income town but we can all quote/link different sources that back up our opinion. Either way, this town likes to spend their disposable income, however high or low it may be. Look at the mall or any movie theater on the weekends. Whew!
