I've heard you'll smell odors from the nearby factories in that neighborhood.

Nobody's answered my question, though.

I do business in the area. I have not encountered any odors. You can smell a strong scent of jalapenos if you go onto the Bruce Foods property - which is down the road.

Mesquite Hills is one of the streets that is off Dyer and takes you into the neighborhood. Mesquite Hills actually stretches all the way to US54. I will try to remember to check on the name of the other street. I am guessing this is what you were asking.

Yes. The neighborhood doesn't show up on any street map I've been able to find, either. Not yet.

Thank you.

I just moved in last week Oct 31st 2010. Had allot of problems trying to close on the house. Had to lease because no one could get the paperwork right on there side. Had issue's with getting a Clasic style vs Style A.

As too the nieghborhood, I only have good things to say about about them. Alot of Military couples mid 20's to 30's. I am happy now with the house, just not the process.

It's Mesquite Flor Drive, according to Google Maps.
