Fingers crossed for you. I tell you, prices were doing okay until Winton Homes slashed at least $40,000 on their homes on the Franklins. They sold 3 within a couple of weeks.

My realtor tells me there are still buyers out there in our price range. Hopefully wanting to be in or at least a contract before schools starts.

We have now dropped ours $40,000 off of the asking price. It will take us a while to recoup, but I would like it gone so we can get on with our lives.

"only" I know. We have had ten viewings, half of whom bought but ended up in the Valley or other Franklin Homes.
