I am going to have to look into that one. I can't see them closing any Super Walmart in El Paso. Not even to relocate. I could only see that happening if the other Walmart was an older non-super Walmart.

If your looking into buying a home and depending on what you look for in a home such as quality, the builder or just price...it depends. The homes in tierras and largely the new homes in the horizon area are foreclosing due to many young(easy bait) individuals locking into homes without getting all the details on their mortgage. Many of these homes are poorly made even though they look good, tropicana is one of the builders and there were even reports done by our local news affiliates where leaking, cracks, and problems with the airconditioning units. Even the care free homes are poorly made by juarez builders. I was shopping for homes and they ranged from 185k to 225 k, i eventually ended up buying a used home with 4 bedrooms, two floor, garage, had great landscaping, iron gate, for 180k. there are many good deals out there especially with used homes. I would recommend into looking into the builder and how well it was built.
