I don't go Downtown much.. I should I guess.. but Downtown has always been one of those places I don't like to drive in... the whole one way street thing. =) But it has become a cleaner more hip place than it used to be.. when I went to the plaza I was surprised at how much its changed for the better.
An Apple store, would be good in any of the malls in town.. and you know I would promote it being built in North East, sense Jenkins Computer store sold Apples and Atari's back in the day.. it would be a nice return to the area.
Wi-Fi is becoming free city wide.. we have many nodes in the N.E. now.

when we do get an apple store i think it will be on the westside, i would rather have it downtown so more people would go there and hang out , Muhnay you should take the bus downtown and make a day of it they do have bus service to NE right just kidding, thats what we are doing tomorrow my wife and my seven year old are just getting on the bus and and going downtown i'm going to show him the four men dead in four seconds plaque one of the guy's that got shot was my gg grandfather and after that were going to walk around and explore. "don't think about it just do it "

It may not be too much longer as San Antonio didn't get an Apple Retail Store until 2005 at The Shops at La Cantera. Hopefully we will be getting another, as 1 is not enough to serve such a large area.

Apple Computer Store
It would be nice to have an Apple Computer Store in El Paso. I wonder when we'll have it? For a city this big, we should have one.

Newb here, came across this thread from a google search. I represent the owner/developer of the land across talbot street from the outlet mall. We're planning to put up a shopping center before the second phase of the outlet is completed. Currently loooking for pre-lease tenants. Our rates are much more favorable than the outlets, and unlike HGP, Inc. we do Not take a portion of the sales profits on top of the base rent. My apologies if I've violated any forum rules.
