If I am not mistaken, they are Dyer, Hondo Pass, and the Freeway. They do try to call it the Angel's Triangle now tough.

Here is a google map of the Triangle.. And they can call it what ever they want.. low low income housing,and poverty still make this one of the worst areas to live in El Paso.

But as Mistabinks said.. its Hondo Pass, Dyer and the Patriot freeway that boarder it.

I just ate at a restaurant in that area the other day. It does look like a depressing area, it would be great if that area would get renovated in the upcoming years.
