Default Who owns it?!

So I was just curious to see if anyone knows about who owns certain land and property around El Paso that might be developed in the future...

For instance, the Farah site is owned by Paul Foster, right?

What about the land on the northeast corner of Transmountain and I-10 on the westside? (Across the freeway from the outlet mall)

How about the land across the freeway from the Asarco plant (north of UTEP)?

How about all of the land on either side of I-10 between Sunland Park and Executive Center??

What about the land south of I-10 where Airway ends? I thought I had heard something about extending Airway Blvd, but I don't know if this was the area they were talking about...

How about all that empty land in the Northeast around Dyer?

What about any of the land on the east side of Joe Battle??

Anyone have any idea??

The easiest way to find an owner of a piece of land is to go to the appraisal district. They have info on their website too El Paso CAD however unlike many places no maps - you have to go and wait inline in person. Nice people though.

Big Landowners here would be Foster-Schwartz, Hunt, Plexxar, Paul Foster, and some other development companies.
