Is there any restaurant in El Paso that makes Puerto Rican food? or any grocery store that sells produce from Puerto Rico?

There is Luna & Sons Grocery, located on 4611 Dyer St, El Paso, TX. It's a small shop, and they have lots of Goya products, and they order all kinds of ingredients for Puerto Rican Dishes.

As for restaurants, there used to be one called "Puerto Rico Restaurant" on Lee Trevino RD, and one called "Rincon Criollo" on Dyer ST, but I think they may have closed down a few years ago.

Just learn to like Mexican food and you'll be fine here.

That Puerto Rican restaurant on Lee Trevino was there forever! It had always done really well. I guess management is everything. The new owners did not survive very long.

IMHO Puerto Rican cuisine ranks pretty low on the gourmet scale. When in El Paso, best stick to Mexican - much more sophisticated cuisine.

Are you all trying to **** this guy off or what? Do you not know of the love hate relationship between Mexicans, and Puerto Rican's? They love to hate one another.

That is a textbook case of generalizing. Yes, some Mexicans and Puerto Ricans love to hate each other. I am sure everyone here has a story of a Mexican they know that hates Puerto Ricans. Still, those are the exceptions and not the rule. As a race, Mexcians and Puerto Ricans do not hate each by default. I know a lot of Puerto Ricans in town who absolultely love it here.
