It's obviously weed since they want to have a talk to legalize it.
Really? Are they really that dumb to think that legalizing drugs will solve the problems in Juarez???
It seems that Mayor Cook is the only sensible guy on the Council (unfortuately)
We need to get rid of the current city council this next election, seriously

Yeah the system we have been on for the last 60yrs really has worked so much. Billions of yours and mine money spent with no progress. And they are not looking to legalize it either, they are thinking about decriminalizing it to a point. not giving half the city jail time for minor possesion. personal use.
