Hey, thanks, but I went there about a month ago and it wasn't all that good -runny eggs, dry waffles, overpriced. Leo's on Remcon has one that I've been meaning to try. Furr's Family Buffet on Gateway near G. Dieter has one that I've yet to try. What E.P. needs is a Shoney's, whose breakfast buffet is the bomb. Anyone know of any Mom & Pop operation?

Mike & Anna's on Trawood.
There is joint off of Giles just south of the freeway. I think it is called Garbriels but I could be wrong.
Speaking Rock used to have breakfast buffet but I have not been down there in awhile.

They HAD them here. Shoney's is just another place that can make it everywhere else but not here. I think it was their enchildadas.

Shoney's pulled out of Texas, overnight, about 8 years ago. I prefer Luby's to Furr's. At Furr's they make you feel guilty about portion size and refills.
I also prefer HomeTown Buffet (On Viscount near Cielo Vista Mall) over Golden Corral. It's quieter, calmer, and cleaner. In the early 1990's there was a HomeTown Buffet on the westside at Sunland Park (where the Chinese Buffet/Mongolian Grill is now) , but they went in too soon before recent development and only lasted about a year.

If I remember a few years back Jaxon's had a good Sunday brunch buffet, don't know if they still have it.

Oh hey... What about Fort Bliss... Mess hall, or maybe try one of the MWR facilities.
