And this is where exactly?

And someone mentioned Thunderbird Rd. LOL, we were goin to check out some condos but didn't bother when we looked at the outside of them not worth what they were asking. They were wanting 160k, yes they were completely updated but eh..

Default If not...

...the most expensive neighborhoods, then among the more expensive could be Park Hills and Franklin Hills on the westside.

The kicker is, even if you can afford a 750K house, on top of that you'll have to pay about 18K in property taxes. Taxes in EP are so high...

The irony of it is, you'll pay less in taxes over the state line in New Mexico... which, unlike Texas, has an individual income tax. Or so an El Paso Times article once said.

Something tells me if you can afford a 750k house the taxes are the least of your worries.

An officer I know is living on the west side below the freeway, off mesa street.. dont know what you call that area, its is very green out that way. The houses out there are mostly huge mansion type homes... the house he is in used to be the servant quarters, a small 3 bedroom house he is renting. I am told the houses in the area all range in the millions. I would have to guess thats the most expensive area to live in El Paso.
