Default Memory Lane: UTEP Defeats #7 BYU In 1985 (Video)
I just found this as it brings back memories at the Sun Bowl in 1985 when UTEP defeated the defending NCAA National Champions and ranked #7 BYU 23-16. I'm trying to remember their records before the game as wasn't BYU 7-0 and UTEP 0-7 ??

as a kid i used to hate with ever bone in my body byu, i hate them!!!!! that why i miss the old wac days, if utep lost every game but beeat them, i was happy!!!!

That's right as UTEP finished at 1-10 and didn't BYU ended up at 10-1 ??

As an Air Force Falcon, I hate BYU with every bone in my body!!! lol

Yup, I agree. I'm not a Miner, but my favorite team is anyone playing the Mormans. How about video of the BYU-UTEP game (early 90s) where BYU fans threw tortillas onto the field ?
