What kind of teens are these? Where are they from?

If they're from here then what you find to do could be different than if they're from out of town. Also how long you have them and how tired out you want to make them.

Western Playland and Wet and Wild are probably more the teen thing. Diablos I believe are opening the season at home this week also if they like baseball. If you can get into it, the UTEP pool is pretty cool. They have high and low diving boards, water basketball set up...and it's indoors. Don't know much about it, maybe the El Paso Generals at the coliseum if they like football or ice skating at the Coliseum on Sunday. How teen is teen?

Well then, Jaguars and the Red Parrot...just kidding. W & W (if someone is paying) might be the call. I'm too old to know where "chicks" hang out.

If they want to meet girls, then you might want to forgo the museums and hiking trips, unless you know some girls who would like to come along. El Paso is a long way from Van Horn, though.

Van Horn -- then there will probably be plenty to do here, Western Playland like others mentioned -- I wouldn't take kids who live near a Six Flags there but Van Horn likely has less.

Wet and Wild -- but also Paintball is fun at that age -- and many ages. It depends on how much you want to spend. As far as where the girls would be? Maybe they're at the mall or out riding horses or at Wet and Wild.

To be fair, you can buy them too. Don't sell Juarez short. It is a damn fine meat market.
