do you think were headed in a good direction regarding the downtown revitilization, it seems it seems its 1 step forward, 2 steps back!!!!

Wow, they've spent 200 million so far? I've only been downtown a few times and it looks like poo-poo. Hard to tell where the 200 mil went unless it went into some peoples pockets.
