Anyway, back to the topic at hand. Let me know when they build the fancy Dollar General Store at The Fountains.
What's the ignore feature?

I 2nd the Dollar General, or D&G as I call it

The Diamond Shamrock on the corner of Hawkins and Gateway West has been demolished. Looks like things are going as planned. End of 2012 is starting to look possible.

Looks they are starting to level out the site. Dump trucks have been non-stop for the past few days. They added 3 small rock walls right at the corner of Gateway West and hawkins inside the fence. It looks like samples? I really hope they go with a different style of rock wall seriously.

This project will look unlike anything El Paso has seen, as far as retail goes. The rock walls might be used, but that is because it available in large quantities and most affordable, probably going to be used for retention walls I guess. I'm sure we won't even notice the rock walls once the whole site is developed.

What kind of rock is used at the other Dollar General stores?

I ignore the people who have something negative to say. I am one person who is looking forward to the development. I am sure it will be something that we have never seen before. It will definitely be better than the eyesore that populated that place for many years. SA2EP, do you know what it will look like? Are you working on the project?

I'm really liking this project. It looks like they will have lifestyle accommodations which means there will be housing on the premises. Signs point to opening in Fall of 2013.

I just saw a sign with fall of 2013 as well. This is a great project for El Paso, and it looks like it will be opening up before we know it.
